Yes. Payment details are entered into the payment provider's secure fields at checkout and never touch our servers. Your card is charged only when the booking is confirmed.
Can I cancel my booking?
That depends on the room's cancellation terms shown before booking. Many rooms offer free cancellation until a stated deadline; non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled. The terms for your rate appear again in your booking confirmation.
When do I get my confirmation?
Immediately after payment, on the confirmation page and by email — including your booking reference and, where the hotel provides one, the hotel confirmation code.
