Cleanliness

9.8 / 10

Guests repeatedly describe rooms as clean and very well maintained; quick service for requests (e.g., iron) and daily restocked mini-fridge support a high cleanliness perception.

Service

10.0 / 10

Service is consistently praised — staff described as very friendly, helpful and accommodating (including late-night pet arrival), with many comments about superb front-desk interactions and prompt assistance.

Location

10.0 / 10

Multiple mentions of a perfect location close to the Eiffel Tower, walkable to attractions, near metro/stations, safe neighborhood and abundant nearby dining — location is a standout feature.

Room Quality

8.2 / 10

Mixed feedback: beds and bathrooms often praised (some called bathrooms huge/modern), but several guests report rooms are small/cramped, very small toilet in some rooms, limited storage (no drawers) and thin floors causing noise.

Amenities

9.6 / 10

Good in-room amenities noted (mini-fridge restocked daily, coffee maker, kettle) and a pleasant bar; some limitations mentioned (breakfast options limited, bar closes early) but overall amenities are strong.

Value for Money

9.2 / 10

Overall perceived as good value given location, service and cleanliness; value is slightly tempered by comments about limited breakfast for the price and smaller room sizes.

Food and Beverage

10.0 / 10

Bar drinks and nearby food options receive high praise (bar drinks described as delicious); breakfast is noted as limited which lowers the category slightly in some reviews, but overall F&B impressions are very positive due to drinks and local dining.
