Guest reviews

What travellers said

Rating based on guest reviews collected by our booking partner. Scores are out of 10.

9.0 / 10

Exceptional

103 reviews

Cleanliness

9.6 / 10

Multiple reviews explicitly state the apartment/studios were exceptionally clean and well maintained ("exceptionally clean", "propreté", "pulizia ottima").

Service

9.0 / 10

Staff are repeatedly described as helpful, attentive and welcoming, accommodating requests (e.g., cleaning time change, baby cot, small gifts), though one guest reported disappointment over late check-out handling.

Location

9.5 / 10

Location is consistently praised as excellent for sightseeing and being in the city centre, near transport and riverside walks; a trade-off is central noise and proximity to a train for some rooms.

Room Quality

8.6 / 10

Rooms are described as comfortable, nicely decorated and functional (kitchenette in some units), but issues noted include noise for some rooms, limited bathroom storage, poor AC control, and not being ideal for long stays (no iron/laundry).

Amenities

8.7 / 10

Good on amenities that matter for short stays and families (baby cot, well-equipped kitchen in some units, nice breakfast), but lacks onsite laundry/iron in some units and some guests found breakfast area seating limited.

Value for Money

8.4 / 10

Generally positive value impressions from comfort and location, but lowered by surprises such as some rooms being off-site (different classification), paid off-site parking and extra-charge policies (late check-out).

Food and Beverage

9.7 / 10

Breakfast is repeatedly described as excellent/exceptional with good variety; some note it is charged extra but quality is high.

Overall Experience

8.5 / 10

Overall stays are described as very pleasant and recommended (especially for couples or small families), with strong positives for location, cleanliness and staff, tempered by noise, off-site room confusion and limited services for long stays.
